Core Facilities LLC — Client Service Agreement

By signing below, you agree to engage Core Facilities LLC for facility maintenance and/or commercial cleaning services under the following general terms:

• All work will be preceded by a written estimate requiring your approval.
• Invoices are due per the agreed payment terms (default NET30).
• You authorize Core Facilities to perform the services you request through the client portal.
• Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice.
• Core Facilities is fully licensed and insured for all services provided.

A detailed service agreement will be sent to your email upon account activation.
