SMS Terms of Service

Core Facilities, LLC ("Core Facilities," "we," "us") may send text (SMS) messages to the mobile number you provide to us. Our SMS program is used for two purposes: (a) transactional messages related to an active service or account (appointment confirmations, technician arrival updates, work order status, invoice reminders), and (b) optional marketing messages (promotional offers, service tips, and updates), sent only with your prior express written consent.

By providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box on our forms, or by otherwise opting in, you agree to receive SMS messages from Core Facilities at the number you provided. Marketing SMS messages are sent only to users who have explicitly opted in. Transactional messages may be sent without prior marketing consent because they relate to an active service or account you requested.

SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates. We do not sell, rent, or share your SMS consent or mobile number for marketing purposes with any outside party.

Message frequency varies. Transactional messages are sent as needed based on your service activity. Marketing messages are typically no more than 4 per month. You will not be charged for messages, but standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time. To stop receiving marketing SMS, reply STOP to any message, or text STOP to the number that sent the message. To opt out of transactional messages, contact us at Services@cfacilities.com. After opting out, you may receive one final message confirming your opt-out request.

Core Facilities does not guarantee message delivery. SMS messages may be delayed or undelivered due to carrier limitations, network issues, or equipment failures. We are not liable for any losses arising from delayed or undelivered messages.

To provide our SMS program, we collect your name and mobile phone number, along with the information you provide on our web forms (such as your service address and service request). For details on all personal information we collect, how it is used, and who it is shared with, please see our Privacy Policy.

We may update these SMS Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acknowledgment of the updated terms.
