The terms and policies that govern scheduling, communication, and service engagements with Core Facilities, LLC.
Last updated: August 6, 2026
By requesting an estimate, scheduling an appointment, submitting a work order, or otherwise engaging Core Facilities, LLC ("Core Facilities," "we," "us") for any service, you agree to these Terms of Service and the related Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not request or use our services.
By providing your mobile phone number, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Core Facilities related to your service request, appointment reminders, technician arrival updates, and similar transactional communications. Message and data rates may apply. You are not required to consent as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
To opt out of SMS messages at any time, reply STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
By providing your email address, you agree to receive service-related communications from Core Facilities, including estimate confirmations, scheduling updates, invoices, and follow-up messages. Transactional emails are sent to keep you informed about your active service engagement and cannot be opted out of while a service is in progress.
Marketing emails may be sent only with your consent. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any marketing message or by emailing Services@cfacilities.com.
With your express consent, Core Facilities may send promotional offers, seasonal reminders, and service updates by SMS and/or email. You may withdraw this consent at any time — reply STOP to SMS messages or use the unsubscribe link in marketing emails. Withdrawing consent will not affect transactional messages related to an active service engagement.
Appointments are scheduled based on availability and confirmed by our office. Please be prepared for the technician to arrive within the agreed service window. If we need to reschedule, we will notify you as early as possible.
A missed appointment occurs when a technician arrives at the scheduled location during the confirmed window and is unable to access the site, or you are not present. Repeated missed appointments may require a return-trip charge and may affect future scheduling priority. We will make reasonable efforts to contact you before classifying an appointment as missed.
You may cancel or reschedule a scheduled appointment by contacting us at (833) 801-5681 or Services@cfacilities.com. To avoid a cancellation fee, cancellations or rescheduling requests must be received at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, or no-shows, are subject to a $25.00 cancellation fee. This fee covers scheduling and resource allocation costs. The cancellation fee may be invoiced and is due upon receipt. Cancellations due to emergencies or severe weather will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
As part of our standard service process, Core Facilities may take photographs before, during, and after a project at your location. These photos document the scope of work, conditions found, completed work, and quality of service for your records and ours. By allowing our team on-site, you consent to the taking of such project photos unless you notify the technician in writing before work begins.
Photos taken solely for internal documentation (job records, warranty support, and quality assurance) are retained securely and are not used publicly without your separate marketing consent.
With your separate consent, Core Facilities may use project photos — including images of your completed project — in marketing materials, our website, social media, email marketing, SMS marketing, and advertising. We will not identify you by name or share personal details without your explicit written permission.
You may grant or withdraw photo marketing consent at any time by contacting Services@cfacilities.com. Withdrawing consent will stop future use of new photos, though materials already in circulation cannot always be recalled.
Estimates and quotes are provided in good faith based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may vary if site conditions differ from what was described or if the scope of work changes. Approved quotes are converted to work orders upon your authorization. Invoices are due per the terms stated on the invoice. Commercial/contract work orders are invoiced to the client for payment; residential work may be collected on-site.
Core Facilities is committed to maintaining the accuracy, security, and integrity of the data on our website and in our systems. We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.
Our data integrity standards include: access controls that limit data to authorized personnel; audit logging of significant changes; regular review of records for accuracy; and prompt correction of errors when identified. If you believe any information we hold about you or your project is inaccurate, contact Services@cfacilities.com and we will review and correct it as appropriate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Core Facilities' liability for any single service engagement is limited to the amount paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This does not affect any statutory rights you may have.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
